1) Waddells, Spokane Washington
Try the smoker jumper or the big dog or any of there burgers or hot dogs, just outstanding
25 beers on tap. small place but worth the wait if they are busy.

2) The Ramone, yes this is named after Ramone the peguin.
90 percent lean Natural beef, season with garlic powder, onion powder and tyme
make 2 quarter patties, take some of my home make salsa, shredded jalapeno havartti
mix the salsa and cheese into a small ball put in the middle of the patties and seal them together
You also need "buckin hot bbq sauce" from the saskatoom farm, its not hot at all,
on an outside bbq grill with a lid, heat up the grill, must be hot, hot, hot turn the temp down on the middle
part of the grill at put your stuffed patties on, close the lid, very important that the top cooks while the bottom does
or your patties will fall apart and you will lose all the cheese. On the first flip add bbq sauce, flip again
bbq sauce again, lightly not heavy, take about 12 mins to cook.
The bun is the thin flat bread from superstore, toppings are, ketchup, green relish(bicks), romain lettuce, tomatoes
and sliced cucumbers the long way( mini cuc's)
3) Joes Farm Fresh in Gilbert, AZ

8) Berts Burger Bowl Santa Fe New Mexico
Had the Green Chile burger, very good a hole in the wall place but worth the look.
235 N Guadalupe Street, unbelievable pricing, do not know how they do it.
9) Wendys Big Bacon
out of all the chains, this burger is one of my favorites, one, fresh never frozen and a go to place thats everywhere
10) Five Guys, they have slipped into the top 10, there fries suck, too much seasoning but there burger can come how you want them, their new to Calgary, so maybe in the furture they can move up or down
Many people ask why Peters Drive-in is not on the list, it was #6 but there quaility has fallen and they are no longer consistent. Maybe they will get back there quaility.
